We’re looking for an Administrative Assistant passionate about eCommerce, entrepreneurship and business who will be working closely with the virtual team. The successful candidate will be self organised,motivated and happy to work in a fast paced environment.
You must be able to balance creativity and strategic thinking, while demonstrating strong organisation and administrative skills.
Order management for our Shopify online store
- Customer service Management
- Checking stock availability with supplier
- Website update using Shopify
- Assisting with data entry tasks
- Assisting with filing and printing
- Communicating with the staff offshore
- Other administrative duties as required
Required skills and experience:
- Successful completion of Year 12 education
- Thorough approach and good attention to detail
- Highly organised with the ability to multi-task
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Team orientated
- Reliable and committed
- Willingness to learn
- Can-do and positive attitude
- Exposure to Microsoft Office 365 (SharePoint, Teams, Word, Excel, Outlook).
